Looking for a challenging, low-impact workout program to slenderize and tone your entire body, relieve tension and pain, improve your posture, and energize and enhance physical performance?
Learn about and sample the benefits of Essentrics: Stretch, Strengthen, Rebalance, a total body workout from fully certified Essentrics instructor Jackie Badger. Based on the popular PBS series, "Classical Stretch," this workout will simultaneously stretch and strengthen all 650+ bones, muscles, and fascia! Suitable for adults of all fitness levels: beginners, athletes, weekend warriors and everything in between!
Dress comfortably for a short discussion and gentle non-impact workout. Participants will be required to fill out a liability waiver stating they are fit to participate in this workout.
Recommended for ages 18+. No registration necessary.
